Todd did a wonderful job on my case, I couldn't have asked anything more from him. He went above and beyond, I was very skeptical of how the outcome would be because of how long I had been away from the court. Todd helped me piece together every event that I had and every outstanding thing I did in the time period of 2 years. After getting all that information together it was put into chronological order and looked wonderful. When we went before the judge he was very articulate and knew the exact "legal" words to use and got me the absolute best outcome. I could not have asked for a better lawyer, he was the blessing that I needed and wouldn't never ever think twice about using him again. Thank you for all your help.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Todd Kaluzny in March. He provided me with legal representation on a matter I did not think I would be able to manage on my own. Not only did he assuage my fears of uncertainty, he followed through on the things he said he would in an efficient and effective manner, thus highlighting his skills as an experienced and compassionate advocate. Mr. Kaluzny truly cares about his clients and proof of this can be seen in the way he communicates with them, relays to them specific information that they need to know, and follows up with them. His calm demeanor is grounding and his work ethic produces results. I have never had such a positive experience with a lawyer as I have had with Mr. Kaluzny. I will never be able to find enough amazing words about Todd Kaluzny. Before meeting with Todd I talked to three other lawyers about trying to keep a ppo in place when the other party was trying to terminate it. All three lawyers said I didn’t have a good case and chances were, I was going to lose. After speaking with Todd one time, he assured me it was going to be okay and he was going to do everything he could to keep the ppo in place. Todd had amazing communication with me and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He also proved the other three lawyers wrong because we won in court and I still have the ppo against the other person who tried to terminate it. Todd worked really hard to help me, going above and beyond my expectations of a lawyer. He treated me like family and took care of me like one of his own daughters and I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done to keep me safe. Todd is an outstanding person and lawyer and will always be the first person I go to if legal help is ever needed in the future.

Todd was hands down the best attorney I have ever worked with. I had a really difficult situation where all roads lead to bad outcomes for me. Todd gracefully worked with the courts to get an outcome that lead to results beyond my expectations. He was fair in his price considering the work preformed. He was always responsive to my calls , emails and texts through the whole process. Highly recommend Todd for all your legal needs! Class act and just an awesome guy!

I don’t know where to start so let me just go from the beginning and say that I found Mr. Kaluzny online under “Troy lawyers” and when I found out he was available during the dates I needed I met him ASAP! I was battling a vop and a 1st degree felony for retail fraud. Now he did let me know up front that this was going to be a battle but we were going to fight! He was attentive and listened to me precisely. He made sure before every court date he let me know my rights,options and made sure he asked me what I wanted to do. I love that he is selfless and definitely treats his clients like family. So, we went through the motions and in the end both of my results WERE NO JAIL TIME! Now that’s something we all hate to be the outcome but he was able to make sure on both of my serious issues in my life that I was able to keep my freedom and stay home with my kids during this pandemic and even after! One thing I will do in return for Mr. Kaluzny is stay out of trouble and show him he didn’t waste his time. Also, everyone I know in need of any legal help will be referred to him as long as I’m alive. He is the gods of lawyers!

Todd is an excellent attorney. Very knowledgeable, highly organized and he actually cares about his clients. He will walk you thru the court process, is always available for any questions or concerns that may arise and very thorough. As a former prosecutor, he has good existing relationships with many of the judges. I could not have asked for a better result and highly recommend Todd Kaluzny for any and all legal matters.

Todd took on my case at the last minute, with little time to prepare and in the middle of a snow storm. Through interrogatories and a trial he was calm, patient, smart and a great listener. As an abused woman, he represented me extremely well. I will seek his help in the future and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Mr. Todd Kaluzny represented me in both family court and criminal court for separate matters. He is not only an extremely thorough, well-versed, experienced and highly intelligent person especially in all legal matters, but he is an extremely kind and understanding person as well. He spent a great deal of time working one on one with me for my cases and, while his main focus is on the legal preparations for the courtroom, he always took the time to answer any and all questions I had. He was very straightforward and honest with his answers, which I appreciated because it helped me in the decisions I needed to make as things proceeded and also allowed me to be as prepared for the situations as possible. He was also very reassuring that I would make it through the process and it was an extreme comfort to know I had (and have) him in my corner for the previous matters I needed his counsel for as well as any future matters that may require legal counsel in the future. And having an attorney that is so well versed is so many aspects of the law is extremely helpful! Also, if for some reason, he doesn't already have the answer or it happens to not be an area of law he specializes in, he always seems to have a contact (usually on speed dial) that knows the answer or does specialize in the area of expertise you may require. Mr. Kaluzny is not only an incredible and very talented attorney, but he makes you feel like you have a friend in him as well which is not something you find often in attorneys. I can't recommend this man enough and I could go on much longer in my praise so I'll end here and simply say: if you need legal representation then Mr. Kaluzny is who you should call. To Those Accused,
I STRONGLY recommend Todd Kaluzny to represent you in matters of criminal law in Michigan.
I myself, being a victim of home invasion in another state, purchased a pistol to defend myself in the home. At a routine traffic stop near my apartment in Rochester, I immediately disclosed to the Deputy having this firearm in my vehicle. Not having gotten my CPL yet, I was arrested and charged with a FELONY of concealed carry! Suffice it to say, and I had no defense against these charges. My case was assigned to district court 52-3. Everyone from the guys in jail, to the police, to a variety of attorneys told me I was before one of the toughest courts, and one of the most unforgiving judges in the state.
Fearing the blindness of justice, and the sword, I sought out six attorneys; all of them advising me the situation could get nasty. Some of these attorneys seemed disinterested, some too busy for my case, and some had outrageous fees I simply could not afford; I was honestly in despair. A friend recommended Todd. He seemed the best choice because of his focus on criminal law, more than 20 years experience, and previous experience as a criminal prosecutor in Michigan. In addition, his father is a criminal defense attorney, so I reasoned he would have a good advisor if necessary.
In the course of things Todd always had patience for numberless questions, always answered the phone & was immediately available, and was always on time to court and meetings. He never sugar coated the situation, but also showed the optimism we could get my charges reduced to a misdemeanor.
The prosecutor agreed to a reduction, and after presenting the facts of the incident & mitigating circumstances to the judge, she remarked "Mr. Kaluzny your word is always good in this courtroom, and I want to move immediately to sentencing, giving the minimum sentence of a $100 fine".
I was SO relieved! Afterwards, waiting at the clerk's window, two of Todd's colleagues who were present in the courtroom congratulated us on achieving the surprise leniency from this judge. For just a moment, I could see a crown of glory shine. Thank You Todd.

First I had a consultation with Todd, he was very professional and nice. I ended up hiring him on the spot, he also allowed me too do a payment plan with him because I'm short on money being a single mom and only working part time. He took my probation violation case. The recommended time I was going too do was 93 days in jail, but I only had to serve 13 days in jail. I got out in 6 days because of good time and credit. When I finished my time I also had no probation or anything else too do with the 52-3 District Court which lifted much stress off me. I highly recommend Todd for taking anyone's case.

Todd really cares and takes care of his clients. He is a great attorney. Todd made changes / revisions to my corporate lease agreement, He did an excellent job. He was very professional. Did everything I asked and more. Answered all of my questions in a non legal manner. Most definitely will use his services again if needed.

I'm not just happy with Mr. Kaluzny because the outcome of my case was favorable, I'm happy with Mr. Kaluzny because he was a decent human being through the entire process. He told me what he thought and suggested what I should do and he listened to my concerns along the way. When he had to explain things to me, he was considerate, not condescending. We worked together during the process and I believe we came to the best resolution that was available. I would use Mr. Kaluzny's services again if such events rose again.

I like start all saying it has been a long journey I hire Todd last year I was fighting a larceny case!! Been to Court over 20 times wit in 2 years saw it was the only one that stuck by my side through it all he never gave up believing in my innocence this man got my case dismissed if I worm recommend anyone it will be Todd because he put his clients first like you were his own family this fart for my freedom every step of the way I had three lawyers before him and they did nothing but take my money but not him if you are ever in trouble and you need help this was a blessing sent from God he beat my case today and I am very grateful to him thank you sincerely Mrs more nothing but best wishes to you and your family Todd he was worth every bit of the money this man is phenomenal.. it has been a burden tooken off of my shoulder a very big burden if u want win see Todd.
